The vehicle(s) must be clean, in a driveable condition and contain no more than ¼ tank of gas. We offer a vehicle cleaning for a cash fee of a $ 100,00.

Payments for shipping have to be made to Transglobal Logistics Europe GmbH by certified check or money order. Please note that there is a 5% surcharge on Credit Card payments.

Vehicles containing personal effects and non- factory firmly mounted equipment are not accepted by the shipping lines involved.  Delays, difficulties, and additional costs due to neglecting these instructions fall in the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping dates are approximate. The shipping lines reserve the right to change schedule on short notice, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their/our control.

Your car will be shipped on the first available vessel unless otherwise requested.

If you have made an appointment to drop off your vehicle for shipping and you fail to do so without min. 24 hours prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a fee up to $ 300,00, since we have to make pre arrangements with the trucking company transporting your vehicle.
